Recent Doubletree Executive Meeting Marina Review: "This hotel has been beautifully updated and restored. The room was completely clean and comfortable, with pleasant decor.The service was beyond excellent - everyone seemed to be so friendly and trying hard to please. It is in a magnificent location on the marina, has a vast green space next to it for walking, pets, views, etc. It is an easy drive into Berkeley for shopping, theatre, restaurants, etc. The only improvements to our stay would be better cell phone reception in the room and lobby of the hotel. And, upon check-in, being informed of the hotel shuttle that takes guests into Berkeley and to the BART station. We didn't find out about it until we checked out. We will definitely return, with dogs, to this hotel. Loved it."
